Can I meet my cleaner before the first clean?
Yes, a meeting can be organised with your new cleaner, just ask us and we'll arrange a meeting before they start.
What if my cleaner can't make it, or is sick?
A cover cleaner will be supplied ASAP.
Can I have my house cleaned in the evening or at the weekend?
Yes, times can be discussed with your assigned cleaner.
How many hours cleaning do I need for my size house?
A visit can be scheduled for a thorough quote.
How much will it cost?
Regular cleaning is £24 an hour, one-off cleaning is £25 an hour and deep/spring cleaning is £28 an hour.
Will I be tied to a contract?
There are no bonding contracts tying the client to the company, just an agreement to explain the company rules, but this can be cancelled at any time at no extra cost.
Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?
No, you do not have to be at home, you can organise giving keys to your cleaner during their initial meeting or clean.
Do I have to supply cleaning products & equipment?
No, our cleaners are supplied with all the cleaning products and equipment that they require.
Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, we are fully insured.
